Inconel round bar is a strong, cylindrical metal rod made from Inconel — an alloy specially composed of nickel, chromium, and alloying elements including iron (Fe), molybdenum (Mo), and niobium (Nb). These alloys deliver exceptional resistance to heat, corrosion, and oxidation — retaining mechanical integrity even in the most demanding service conditions.
Inconel round bars are designed for use in severe thermal and high-pressure conditions. They offer a high level of mechanical strength, making them highly effective in resisting oxidation, pitting, and chloride-induced stress-corrosion cracking, even under the most volatile conditions. They are the material of choice for high-value components including turbine shafts, high-strength fasteners, and specialised valves in the aerospace, marine, and oil and gas industries.
To meet diverse engineering requirements, Solitaire Overseas maintains a comprehensive inventory of grades — including Inconel 600, 625, 718, and 825. Available in a wide range of diameters and finishes, these bars are engineered to provide long-term durability where standard materials fail. Whether for chemical processing or power generation, our Inconel bar stock delivers the specialised reliability required for modern industrial infrastructure.
As a premier Inconel round bar supplier and exporter, Solitaire Overseas stocks a broad range of nickel alloy products in a variety of surface finishes and both metric and imperial sizes, all produced to high-quality international standards including ASTM B166 and DIN 2.4816. In addition to standard round bars, our product range includes special profiles — hexagon, rectangular, square, and forged bars. Every Inconel rod is machined to tight dimensional tolerances per DIN/ISO grade standards for use in the most demanding industrial applications worldwide.
Combining global manufacturing quality with competitive prices from India, Solitaire Overseas delivers effective, corrosion-resistant solutions to buyers worldwide. Hot-rolled and cold-drawn products are available in standard and custom sizes with full material traceability documentation and responsive technical support.

The surface finish of Inconel bright bars is determined by the manufacturing process, which directly impacts dimensional accuracy and surface condition. The following finishes are available based on application requirements.
*HF = Hot Finished. Note: HF should not be confused with HF acid pickled (hydrofluoric acid) — confirm with supplier on documentation if acid pickling is specified.

Inconel round bars are available in multiple forms depending on the required finish, manufacturing process, and end application.
Inconel round bars are specified for applications demanding exceptional strength, stability, and corrosion resistance under extreme heat and pressure.
Inconel alloys work-harden rapidly under cutting loads. Use sharp carbide or ceramic tooling, slow feeds, and adequate coolant. High-pressure coolant is recommended for deep drilling operations in Inconel 718.
Inconel alloys are weldable by GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), and SMAW processes. Recommended filler metals: ENiCrMo-3 (for grade 625), ERNiCrMo-3 (for MIG/TIG on 625), ENiCrFe-3 (for grades 600 and 718). Match filler to base alloy for optimum corrosion resistance.
Solution annealing at 980 °C (Inconel 625) or 954 °C (Inconel 600) is recommended after welding to relieve residual stress and restore corrosion resistance. Inconel 718 welds are precipitation hardened at 718 °C following solution anneal.
Inconel round bar prices are highly variable due to fluctuating nickel markets, alloy surcharges, grade, size, and order quantity. The table below provides estimated price ranges for the Indian market.
| Grade | Size Range (mm) | Est. Price — India (INR/kg) |
|---|---|---|
| Inconel 600 Round Bar | 6 to 100 | ₹2,200 – ₹2,800 |
| Inconel 625 Round Bar | 12 to 150 | ₹3,800 – ₹4,500 |
| Inconel 718 Round Bar | 10 to 200 | ₹4,500 – ₹5,500 |
| Inconel 825 Round Bar | 15 to 100 | ₹2,600 – ₹3,200 |
Prices are indicative and subject to change without notice based on LME nickel prices and alloy surcharges. Contact Solitaire Overseas for current pricing based on your specific grade, diameter, and quantity.
