UNS S32615 Flanges These flanges are machined high-silicon austenitic stainless steel flanges, that are supplied by Solitaire Overseas to ASTM A182 F63 specification, including weld neck, slip-on, blind, socket weld and threaded flanges. These flanges are manufactured to ASME B16.5 dimensional specifications to offer a leak free, corrosion resistant, joint system to very challenging acid service piping systems.


Silicon 4.8-6.0% combined with copper 1.5-2.5% gives higher levels of resistance to sulfuric acid corrosion at higher temperatures and therefore UNS S32615 flanges are essential in acid plant, chemical processing, and industrial pickling piping systems.
