Inconel 617 Seamless Pipes

Inconel 617 Seamless Pipes are high temperature nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum alloy pipes produced by welding free of any joints to enhance the high structural integrity and any-grain structure. This alloy, which is known as UNS N06617 and DIN 2.4663 is designed with respect to extreme heat usage where oxidation resistance and creep strength are important. The smooth process of production is used to remove the weld seams of the pipe; therefore, the pipe is applicable to high pressure and thermal cycle conditions.

Inconel 617 seamless pipe and tube have high temperature, high mechanical and chemical stability, and have excellent oxidation resistance up to 1300 C. The alloy is also of high resistance to crack growth in fatigue cracks and high resistance to oxidation spalling which guarantees long duration of service in high continuous temperature service.
