ASTM B423 UNS N08825 Incoloy 825 Pipes, Inconel 825 Pipes & Tubes, and Alloy 825 Pipe Supplier in India delivering high-performance nickel alloy piping solutions. Our ASTM B423 UNS N08825 pipes are engineered for demanding industries including chemical processing, oil & gas, nuclear fuel reprocessing, pollution control, and offshore applications.
Incoloy 825 is an alloy of chromium, nickel, and iron composed of titanium, molybdenum and copper additives and designed to have high resistance to numerous types of corrosive conditions. It is better resistant to aqueous corrosion, oxidizing and reducing acids and localized corrosion such as stress corrosion cracking hence it is an excellent selection when dealing with a critical application.
It is an excellent alloy that can be used in harsh environments and the extensive range of resistance to both general and localized corrosion is the reason why this alloy is necessary in the chemical processing, acid manufacturing, pollution management, and nuclear fuel reprocessing. Incoloy 825 pipes are also highly used in the oil and gas industry in recovery, extraction, and conveyance of the media.
Our pipes are made under ASME SB 423 UNS N08825 standards and are subjected to intensive mechanical tests, such as tensile, yield and elongation tests to non-destructive electric and hydrostatic tests. These are ASTM B423 UNS N08825 pipes either in hot-finished or cold-worked and which are suited in applications that require high corrosion resistance.
Solitaire Overseas is a reliable manufacturer and supplier of high-quality, corrosion-free Inconel 825 pipes to industries that need them. We provide the products in a variety of sizes and shapes, such as seamless, welded, and cold-drawn tubing, which are all of international standards. The composition of our inconel pipes is accurate, and it offers high resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in very acidic areas.
Enquire NowThere are two primary types of Incoloy 825 pipes, categorized by their manufacturing method: seamless and welded. Both are used in corrosive environments, but their applications differ based on their structural properties.
This type of pipe is made from a single piece of solid billet or bar, without any welded seams. The manufacturing process creates a uniform, stronger pipe that is ideal for high-pressure and critical applications. Seamless pipes are preferred in industries like oil and gas, nuclear, and chemical processing where there is zero tolerance for leaks and high pressure integrity is essential.
Incoloy 825 welded pipe is created by rolling a flat strip of metal into a cylindrical shape and welding the longitudinal seam. While the presence of a seam makes it less ideal for extremely high-pressure scenarios compared to seamless pipes, modern welding techniques make them a reliable and more cost-effective option. They are commonly used for general fluid conveyance in applications that don't require the highest pressure ratings.
