Inconel 725 Welded Pipes is a type of nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy pipes that are formed and welded into pipes using UNS N07725 material. These pipes offer an economical substitute to the seamless pipes and yet they have high corrosion resistance, strength and fabrication properties. UNS N07725 is a stress-resistance corrosive-hardenable alloy that has been used in resistant environments against stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion.
The Inconel 725 Welded pipes are also mainly used in large diameter piping systems, metal structure, fabrication work, moderate pressure service, cost-efficient industrial installations.

Large diameters are easier and more economical to produce in welded form, making Inconel 725 Welded Pipes suitable for structural and heavy-duty fabrication applications.
All Inconel 725 Welded Pipes undergo stringent quality checks, including:
Mill Test Certificates are supplied as per EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 standards. Third-party inspection is available upon request.
Inconel 725 Welded Pipes are produced using advanced welding techniques:
EFW (Electric Fusion Welding)
Used for larger diameters and thicker wall pipes. Ensures deep weld penetration and structural integrity for heavy-duty applications.
ERW (Electric Resistance Welding)
Suitable for thinner wall pipes and moderate pressure systems. Provides dimensional accuracy and cost efficiency.
Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT)
Controlled heat treatment enhances mechanical strength, improves corrosion resistance, and reduces residual stresses in the weld zone.
Inconel 725 Welded Pipes (UNS N07725) are widely used in:
These welded pipes are ideal where cost efficiency, corrosion resistance, and larger diameter availability are primary project requirements.
