Inconel 600 tubes are nickel-chromium alloys which are designed specifically to operate in high temperatures. These tubes are oxidation resistant and heat resistant as they are rich in both nickel and chromium. This chemical composition enables them to retain their structural stability up to temperatures as high as 2000F. Their resistance to corrosion makes them a natural selection in the face of corrosive machines such as condensers and heat exchangers, where the regular metals would easily wear out.
From a technical standpoint, Alloy 600 tubing is incredibly durable. It features a minimum tensile strength of 655 MPa and a yield strength of 315 MPa, meaning it can handle significant physical stress without failing. These tubes are also highly resistant to chloride-ion stress corrosion cracking and perform reliably in alkaline or sulfur-rich systems. Depending on your project requirements, you can find these tubes in sizes ranging from 1/8" to 8" OD, with wall thicknesses spanning Schedule 5 to Schedule 160.
Whether to use seamless or welded tubing is a matter of choice and normally depends on the application and budget. Seamless Inconel 600 tubing is produced with no joints or seams that give the tubing maximum strength and the tightest tolerances in high pressure applications. Welded tubing is more economical, though also very reliable with most corrosive mediums, and may be manufactured in much longer lengths, up to 26 meters. Both versions are required in the industries as far as food processing and paper mills up to oil refineries and marine engineering.
In specialized systems, we provide solutions of specific systems such as boiler tubes and exhaust tubing. The purpose of boiler tubes is to transfer fluids and gases under high pressure without losing their shape, whereas the purpose of our exhaust tubes is to transfer the hot and spent gases in the combustion chambers. These products are constructed to international standards whether you are looking to have your tubing galvanized, annealed or cut to a given length.

| Inconel 600 Tube | 75072000 |
Below is a comprehensive list of common types and forms of Inconel 600 tubing available, including seamless, welded, precision, coiled, square, and specialty tubes used in various industrial applications.
Inconel Alloy 600 tubes are valued for their high strength and excellent resistance to corrosion and heat. These properties make them essential components in several critical industrial applications:
Inconel 600 is widely used in high-temperature and corrosive environments such as heat exchangers, chemical processing, nuclear reactors, and marine applications due to its excellent resistance to oxidation and chloride stress corrosion.
Inconel 600 offers strong heat and corrosion resistance, while Inconel 625 includes added molybdenum and niobium for greater strength and improved resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and fatigue under extreme mechanical stress.
Inconel alloys offer outstanding resistance to high temperatures, oxidation, and corrosion. They maintain strength under extreme pressure, are easy to weld and fabricate, and are ideal for harsh environments across multiple industries.
Inconel 600 can withstand temperatures up to 2000°F (1093°C). It performs reliably under thermal cycling and resists oxidation, making it ideal for heat-intensive operations like furnaces, exhaust systems, and power generation units.
