Solitaire Overseas offers all P11 Seamless Pipes to meet the exact industrial standards. We are continuing to work towards enhancing the quality and meeting and exceeding client expectations. All products are supplied as per customer specification, such as ASTM A335 P11 Alloy Steel Pipes. We have an outstanding Customer service team that will ensure that you get the most appropriate product at the most competitive price for your applications.
ASTM A335 P11 standards is made with seamless design, ferritic alloy steel pipes are intended for use in high-temperature environment applications. Apart from a great degree of mechanical strength and hardness, these pipes offer more resistance to heat, oxidation, and corrosion. Mixed together, chromium and molybdenum comprise the two elements that define their composition. These materials are a great fit for usage in important uses such as the manufacturing of power, petrochemicals, refineries, and the oil and gas sector since they can resist circumstances of great pressure and temperature.
ASTM A335 P11 Material has a very good mechanical property, including tensile strength, elongation and yield strength. The minimum wall thickness of these Alloy Steel A335 P11 Pipes allows them to be used in high-temperature applications. These pipes have chrome content that increases their tensile strength, yield, and hardness, and allows them to be used at higher temperatures. Such a grade is commonly known as high-pressure steel pipes.
We supply pipes of A335 Gr P11, which are of highest quality and performance, as we are a reliable supplier of such pipes which are used in different projects for different industrial applications at Solitaire Overseas.
| Grade | Tensile Strength, MPa | Yield Strength, MPa | Elongation, % |
|---|---|---|---|
| P11 | 415 min | 220 min | 30 min |
The quality system helps to monitor and regulate the material to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the finished goods. The test certificates and documents related to the product including product invoice, raw material test reports, lab test reports and others are handed to each client individually for each consignment.
All types of alloy steel pipe design are made available in order to supply the best quality products to the client base. Pricing of the product is done as per the grade properties specification and processing variations. All the test certificates and necessary documents are packed along with the product.
Before dispatching the Alloy Steel P11 Pipe to the clients we ensure that all the necessary documents are included along with it. We apply all the necessary tests on the products such as hardness test, mechanical testing, chemical analysis test, positive material identification test, flattening tests, macro and micro test, and many more. Relevant information related to the product is imprinted about the job information such as size, lot number, batch code, material, trademark, and many other things. Checkout the detailed guide on a complete guide to Alloy Steel Pipes.
Depending on the dimension of the product packaging is done individually with hand to ensure that the product does not attain any type of damage at the very last stage of production.

ASTM A335 P11 pipe is used for high-temperature and high-pressure service in boilers, power plants, refineries, petrochemical plants, steam lines, superheaters and reheaters.
The ASME equivalent of ASTM A335 P11 is ASME SA335 Grade P11, commonly referenced in boiler and pressure vessel code projects.
Sizes range from 1/2" NB to 24" NB in various thicknesses and lengths.
ASTM A335 P11 covers seamless ferritic alloy steel pipe for high-temperature service. If welded alternatives are required, the applicable welded pipe standard should be confirmed separately against the project specification.
Mill test certificates, PMI reports, chemical and mechanical test reports, hydrostatic test records, heat number traceability and third-party inspection documents can be supplied based on order requirements.
