Inconel 800 Flanges and Incoloy 800 Flanges refer to the same alloy (UNS N08800 / 1.4876). “Incoloy 800” is the registered trade name by Special Metals Corporation, while “Inconel 800” is a widely used market synonym. Both terms cover the same nickel-iron-chromium alloy and are used interchangeably in the industry.
ASTM B564 / ASME SB564 | UNS N08800 | DIN 1.4876 | Class 150–2500 | Sizes ½″–48″
Incoloy 800 Flanges that are also widely traded as Inconel 800 Flanges — are high-performance pipe flanges made of UNS N08800, a nickel-iron-chromium alloy that has exceptional oxidation, carburization, sulfidation, and high temperature corrosion resistance. Solitaire Overseas produces and exports full set of Alloy 800 Flanges in ASTM B564 / ASME SB564 in weld neck, blind, slip on, socket weld, RTJ, and orifice in Class 150–2500 and 1/2 to 48 inches.
Incoloy 800 Flanges (UNS N08800) are high-performance pipe flanges produced by using a nickel-iron-chromium alloy that consists of about 30–35 percent nickel and 19–23 percent chromium. They are the best option due to their high thermal stability and resistance against corrosion in tough applications in petrochemical, refinery, power generation, and aerospace industries.
Standard Inconel 800 Flanges have good performance to temperatures of 1100°F (593°C), they are strong, and they resist oxidation, carburization, nitriding, and sulfidation. It is also characterized by the high content of nickel which gives it excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking under aqueous conditions.
In applications with a continuous service requirement greater than 1100°F, the improved grades, Incoloy 800H (N08810) and Incoloy 800HT (N08811) have a better creep-rupture strength and grain-size control and can be used reliably over 1200 to 1600°F without embrittling like the traditional stainless steels.
Solitaire Overseas manufactures and exports all variants of Incoloy 800 Flanges including Weld Neck, Blind, Slip On, Socket Weld, Lap Joint, RTJ, Reducing, Orifice and Long Weld Neck types to global buyers across 40+ countries. We are also a full-range supplier of high-nickel Inconel flanges.
Solitaire Overseas is a Mumbai-based, ISO 9001:2015 certified and IBR-approved manufacturer and global exporter of Inconel 800 Flanges (UNS N08800 / DIN 1.4876), supplying the oil & gas, petrochemical, and power generation sectors. Every Incoloy 800 Flange we supply is manufactured to ASTM B564 / ASME SB564, tested to EN 10204/3.1B, and backed by full PMI and radiography reports. We export to the USA, UK, UAE, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Australia and 35+ countries worldwide.

Note: Alloy 800H and 800HT flanges are also covered under ASTM B564 and can be supplied by Solitaire Overseas. Please specify the grade when requesting a quotation.
Standard Alloy 800 Flanges (N08800) are solution annealed at 980°C–1040°C (1800°F–1900°F) followed by rapid quenching in water or rapid air cooling. This treatment produces a fine-grained microstructure suitable for general corrosion and moderate temperature service.
Alloy 800H (N08810) and Alloy 800HT (N08811) require annealing at a minimum of 1149°C (2100°F) to develop the required coarse grain size (ASTM Grain Size No. 5 or coarser). This coarse grain structure provides the superior creep-rupture strength needed for prolonged service above 1100°F. The 800HT grade additionally requires the combined titanium and aluminium content to be ≥0.85% to further enhance high-temperature stability.
Every Incoloy 800 Flange supplied by Solitaire Overseas undergoes comprehensive testing to confirm alloy integrity and dimensional compliance before dispatch:
Third-party inspection by TÜV, Lloyds, DNV, Bureau Veritas, or SGS can be arranged on request.
Our team responds within 24 hours with a detailed quotation and MTC. Email sales@solitaire-overseas.com or fill out the enquiry form.
Enquire NowInconel 800 Flanges and Incoloy 800 Flanges are the same product. Both refer to flanges made from UNS N08800 (DIN 1.4876), a nickel-iron-chromium alloy. "Incoloy 800" is the registered trademark of Special Metals Corporation, whereas "Inconel 800" is a widely adopted trade alias used across the piping, oil & gas, and chemical industries. Solitaire Overseas manufactures and supplies both under these names to serve all search and procurement requirements.
800 Flanges (N08800) perform excellently up to 1100°F (593°C). For continuous high-temperature service above this threshold, Alloy 800H (N08810) and Alloy 800HT (N08811) are recommended, capable of withstanding 1200°F–1600°F without embrittlement or significant loss of mechanical properties.
Flanges comply with: ASTM B564 / ASME SB564 (material), ANSI/ASME B16.5 (dimensions, ½″–24″), ASME B16.47 Series A & B (large bore, 26″–60″), API 6A (oilfield/wellhead), DIN, EN 1092-1, and BS4504. Third-party inspection (TÜV, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd's) is available on request.
Available types include: Weld Neck (WNRF), Slip On (SORF), Blind (BLRF), Socket Weld (SWRF), Lap Joint (LJRF), Ring Type Joint (RTJ), Orifice, Long Weld Neck, Reducing, Spectacle Blind, and Threaded flanges. All types available in Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, and 2500 LBS.
We stock and manufacture Weld Neck (WNRF), Slip-On (SORF), Blind (BLRF), Socket Weld, Threaded (Screwed), Lap Joint, Ring-Type Joint (RTJ), Plate, Spectacle Blind, Orifice, Expander, Reducer, and Spacer flanges in Alloy 800 / 800H / 800HT.
The price of Incoloy 800 Flanges depends on grade (800 / 800H / 800HT), flange type, size, pressure class, and quantity. Contact Solitaire Overseas for a detailed, competitive price list. We offer best factory-direct pricing with certified test reports.
The UNS number for Incoloy 800 (also called Inconel 800) is UNS N08800. The DIN/Werkstoff number is 1.4876. The JIS designation is NCF 800, and the EN designation is X10NiCrAlTi32-20.
Key industries include: petrochemical processing (ethylene cracking, reforming), oil & gas refineries, power generation (steam generators, heat exchangers), chemical plants, aerospace, marine, pulp & paper, nuclear, ammonia plants, and cryogenic/LNG applications. The alloy's resistance to carburization, sulfidation, and oxidation makes it indispensable wherever high-temperature corrosion is a concern.
