Solitaire Overseas is a reputed manufacturer, supplier and exporter of Inconel 600 Flanges of high quality, which are designed to work extremely under harsh conditions. These flanges are made out of nickel-chromium alloy, which has a composition of about 72% of nickel and 14-17 per cent of chromium, and perform excellent resistance against oxidation, carburisation and corrosion in acidic and alkaline environments.
Our ASTM B564 Inconel 600 Flanges are stronger, tougher and dimensionally stable than most commonly used flanges over a broad spectrum of temperatures – from cryogenic to the hot high heat areas. They apply best in chemical processing, marine, power generation and aerospace and are used in these industries.
We have got the whole package in slip-on, weld neck, blind, socket weld, reducing, and spectacle flanges and a variety of pressure classes and sizes to accommodate a variety of industrial needs. All flanges are made with high-quality raw materials which are obtained through certified suppliers and put in place through trials in terms of long life, precision, and efficiency.
At Solitaire Overseas, we are certain that every Inconel 600 Flange is of international quality and has a long-lasting life even in extreme working environments. We ensure that we manufacture precise alloy flanges with customer satisfaction, thus making us an automatic choice in terms of corrosion resistance in flanges all over the world.
The Inconel 600 Flanges have a nickel-chromium alloy which is especially resistant to oxidation and corrosion even under the most extreme conditions. This alloy is composed of approximately 72 percent nickel and 14-17 percent chromium and it is capable of providing excellent strength, durability and stability over an extensive temperature range which spans through cryogenic temperatures to extremely high heat temperatures. These flanges are superior in mechanical properties with pressure and thermal stress which are applicable in chemical processing, marine, aerospace as well as power generation industries. Their ability to resist chloride-ion stress corrosion and other organic and inorganic compounds makes them reliable when it comes to operating in harsh environments.
They come in various models and designs including Slip-On, Weld Neck, Socket Weld, Blind, Lap Joint, and Reducing Flanges which are made according to the international specifications, including ASTM B564 and ANSI. The great fabrication properties of the material make it easy to form and weld it using the traditional processes. Inconel 600 Flanges are the best to use in the demanding industrial systems that need constant performance, durability, and corrosion resistance, due to their high tensile strength, resistance of oxidation and the ability to withstand changing thermal conditions.
Our Inconel 600 flanges are manufactured and tested in compliance with a wide array of international standards.
