Solitaire Overseas is a manufacturer and exporter of ASTM A403 WP304/WP304L certifiable Stainless Steel 304 Pipe Fittings manufactured in Mumbai, India and imports to 50 or more countries throughout the Middle East, Europe and Southeast Asia. In 2000, we developed 304 SS pipe fittings, such as elbows, tees, reducers, and caps, which are of ASME B16.9 dimensions and are offered in seamless and welded construction in 1/2 inch to 48 inch. All fittings are accompanied with EN 10204/3.1 mill test certificate and third party inspection report.
Request a QuoteStainless Steel 304 Pipe Fittings (SS 304 Pipe Fittings): The most widely used 18/8 stainless grade, performing reliably across a broad range of atmospheric and chemical service environments.
Stainless Steel 304L Pipe Fittings (SS 304L Pipe Fittings): The low-carbon variant (0.03 percent C max), engineered to prevent carbide precipitation at weld heat-affected zones. This eliminates the risk of intergranular corrosion in heavy-gauge welded assemblies where post-weld annealing is not feasible.
All SS 304 Fittings conform to the ASTM A403 standard, designated WP304/WP304L, confirming their suitability for pressure piping service. Our range includes SS 304 Elbows, SS 304 Reducers, SS 304 Pipe Caps, and Buttweld Tees.
Beyond Stainless Steel 304 Pipe Fittings, Solitaire Overseas supplies a complete range of piping products including Stainless Steel Buttweld Fittings and high-pressure Stainless Steel Forged Fittings. We manufacture our SS 304 Fittings in strict compliance with global quality and dimensional standards. The table below details the key specifications governing our product range.

WP304 fittings have a maximum carbon content of 0.08%, while WP304L is limited to 0.035% carbon. The lower carbon content in 304L prevents carbide precipitation during welding, making it the preferred choice for welded assemblies where post-weld annealing is not feasible.
SS 304 pipe fittings are available in seamless sizes from 1/2 inch to 10 inch NB and welded sizes from 1/2 inch to 48 inch NB, covering schedules SCH 10 through SCH XXS as per ASME B16.9.
SS 304 pipe fittings conform to ASTM A403 / ASME SA403 standards, with dimensions as per ASME B16.9, ASME B16.28, and MSS-SP-43. They also comply with international standards such as DIN, JIS, GOST, and EN 10253-2, and are supplied with EN 10204 / 3.1 material test certificates.
Yes. Grade 304 stainless steel is non-reactive and suitable for most food-grade fluids, making it widely used in food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries. For ultra-high-purity or aggressive chemical environments, 316L is generally recommended.
SS 304 fittings are rated for continuous service up to 925°C (1697°F) and intermittent service up to 870°C (1598°F). For cryogenic applications, 304 stainless steel maintains adequate toughness down to -196°C.
