ASTM A694 F60 Flanges are high strength forged steel oil and gas pipeline connections. They are intended to deliver safe, highly load-bearing attachments in pipelines that are subject to challenging service environments. Grade F60 in ASTM A694/A694M is a minimum yield of 60 ksi (415 MPa), which is well suited to pipeline applications that require this strength. These flanges can be molded to various size, pressure class and facing options as per the applicable dimensional standards and installation needs. Chemical analysis and mechanical testing as well as dimensional inspection are used to check conformity to purchase specifications. Solitaire Overseas, India is a manufacturer and supplier of ASTM A694 F60 Flanges which are used by industrial customers around the world.

ASTM A694 F60 Steel Threaded Hex PlugASTM A694 F60 Flanges are forged carbon steel flanges used to connect pipes in high-pressure oil and gas pipeline systems. They offer a minimum yield strength of 60 ksi (415 MPa) and are designed for demanding pipeline applications.
A694 F60 has a minimum yield strength of 415 MPa (60 ksi), minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa (75 ksi), and minimum elongation of 20% in 2 inches.
ASTM A694 covers material requirements only. Flange dimensions, facing, and pressure class follow ASME B16.5 up to NPS 24, or ASME B16.47 for larger sizes.
F60 carries a 415 MPa minimum yield strength, between F56 (385 MPa) and F65 (450 MPa), positioning it in the upper-mid range of the high-yield A694 family.
Weld neck, slip-on, blind, lap joint, socket weld, and threaded flanges are manufactured in A694 F60 to the required pressure class and facing.
Cross-country crude oil and gas pipelines, offshore and subsea systems, petrochemical and refinery projects, and power generation piping requiring elevated yield strength.
