ASTM A350 LF2 Flanges are forged low temperature carbon steel flanges in accordance to ASTM A350/A350M Grade LF2 specification. This grade can provide consistent impact toughness as low as -46°C (-50°F), which helps eliminate the chance of brittle fracture in sub-zero piping systems. LF2 is the most frequently specified grade in the A350 low temperature family, which is applicable to weld neck, slip on, blind, threaded, socket weld and lap joint configurations up to 2500# class.
