The nickel and chromium alloy Inconel 600 is utilized in a wide variety of applications that call for resistance to corrosion and high temperatures. It is made to withstand operating temperatures ranging from cryogenic to high temperatures around 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit. It has excellent mechanical qualities and is weldable to a good extent across a wide temperature range. Alloy 600&#8217;s nickel content makes it resistant to corrosion from both inorganic and organic substances as well as reducing conditions.
